Our Core TEAM
T.E.A.M. Asset Management has managed thousands of units in the Dallas / Ft. Worth/Houston area for the last decade. It's principals, Zane Drake and Adrianna Medina have more than 30 years combined in multi family management specializing in the repositioning of stabilized & distressed Class "C" properties.
We're not focused on being the largest property management firm in the Dallas / Ft. Worth metroplex, but rather focused on developing selective partnerships with property owners that share the same management philosophy based on integrity, and commitment to excellence while delivering the highest returns possible for the owners.
